[Checking in the mailbox will reveal a very small package, wrapped up carefully. Opening it reveals a pin, and under it a letter written in what is actually pretty tidy writing.]

Use this in case of emergencies. All you have to do is touch it and think of me really hard. It'll take you straight to the inside of my trailer, hopefully away from anything that's causing us trouble. It only works on the grounds of the carnival, so get very good at running back here and always keep in mind how to get back.

[At least he actually sees the card this time. It is promptly thrown in the fish bag with the card he never noticed before. He'll probably assume the second one started duplicating of its own accord if he ever finds the first.

The pin is kept with him, though. Just in case.]

DELIVERY

[Steven's been making seashell jewelry with the merfolk, and so naturally he's decided to share the wealth with his treasured friends. He'll either give it to you in person or via your mailbox. If in person, he'll pretty much just swim up to you and be like "Here! This is for you! I made it!" and if you get it in the mailbox it will have a note with it that basically says the same thing, plus a small doodle of a heart-shaped fish.

Steven has made Tamaki a seashell bracelet. It will be gifted sometime during the off week.]

[Tamaki looks pretty surprised as he takes the bracelet from Steven. It might be a little too small for him in his current larger, whale shark form, but he will definitely wear it once he shrinks back down.]

I confess this is a bit of an awkward letter to write as I never actually succeeded in doing any harm to you. Still, the intent was there, so I feel I must apologize for my actions nonetheless.

The Trailer | Day 155

[Guess who's got a bone to pick with you, Tamaki. It's Yuya.

Honestly Tamaki barely gets time to enter the trailer before Yuya springs up and points a finger dramatically.] You!

[Tamaki jumps when he's suddenly accosted the moment he enters the trailer, staring at Yuya with his hands up.]

What!? What!?

[A small box will be left outside the door of the cabin where Tamaki is staying, wrapped in green paper. Tamaki’s name is carefully lettered on the side, with a smaller “from Ginko” under it. Inside is a two-dose bottle of healing draught, alongside a small note: “Be careful out there.”]

[Tamaki is pretty happy to have received the draughts; they seem pretty useful, and he's picked up a few for other people. He just hopes he'll have them on hand when he really needs them.

Later, Ginko will get a return package. Attached is just a note that says, "Merry Christmas," (he has no idea if Ginko knows or cares what Christmas is, or if it's really Christmas, but it feels like Christmas), and has Tamaki's signature under it.

Inside are two books about travelers (think Gulliver's Travels type books). Though they're fictional, Tamaki hopes Ginko will like them.]

[Miko is on a MISSION. A mission to get gifts to the... very few people she can give presents to in person without it being sort of embarrassing. And, lucky for Tamaki, he's on that short list.

When she catches sight of him, she bounds forward, waving eagerly with the arm not occupied with holding a wrapped package.] Hey, Tamaki!!

[Tamaki is on his way somewhere unimportant when he hears Miko's shout, and he turns and stops for her to catch up, waving a hand back. He notices the pile of packages in her arms, and almost offers to help carry them before remembering that Miko is perfectly strong enough to carry them herself, apparently.]

Day 11

[Tamaki gets a call through the radio sometime in the afternoon.]

Hey, Tamaki. Where are you? I have a present.

[Because who wouldn't make time for presents?]

Mailbox - Holiday Gift

[One day during the winter vacation, Tamaki will find that a book has been delivered to his cabin, along with a note scribbled on a piece of paper torn out of a notebook:]

Tamaki,

This is for you. I don't know what you like, so I just got something that looked interesting.

[Hey Tamaki, you work in music, right? Well, how would you like to see the joys of music reduced to the most painstakingly technical format imaginable? Say no more, because you've just received a copy of Acoustics: Fundamentals of Sound Fields, a book that explains the science of sound, complete with practical formulas and simulation methods! There might be some genuinely interesting and applicable parts in there, but they're buried between page after page of science babble.]

[He stares at the book for awhile, not sure what he's supposed to do with this. He could read it, but the first paragraph tells him he probably won't understand any of it and will fall asleep trying to.

But it was still pretty nice of Rita to think of him!

Later, Rita will get a package back: also a book, though this one is fiction. It advertises itself as the story of a girl and her friend as they try to stop a plot against their city, using a combination technology and forbidden magic.

There's a note tucked into it.

BIG BOX IN HIS TRAILER: WITH NOTE

[On B18, they will find a fancy looking gift box in his trailer with a note left on top. The handwriting is done in an over the top cursive that he might recognize as the Ringmaster's, written on aged papyrus with the ink seemingly made of shining gold.]

I get the impression you like this stuff.

[Her signature is so massive and florid that it fills up the rest of the paper. When they open the box, they'll find an irresponsible quantity of King's Pudding. At least 12 pails like the one pictured. The pudding comes pre-mixed.]

[ Left on Tamaki's bed is a present, wrapped in a navy blue wrapping paper. It's actually wrapped fairly well though hot damn did someone go crazy on the ribbon. Attached to the present is a note. ]

[ inside is a book! It's a slightly pulpy gothic novel where the protagonist is a ghost. It's actually pretty good despite the fact that it's cliche as heck and has pretty much every ghost media trope thrown into the plot. ]

[Strange has done it, he has found a book Tamaki might actually read. Huzzah!

In return, Strange will find a package left in his mailbox a day or two later. It is also a book: a fictional story of a magician who goes on several adventures with her companions. There is also an infinity pencil tucked with the book, because Tamaki thought Strange would appreciate that kind of thing.]

[ Tamaki's gift from Lambert comes in a paper bag left at his trailer, with a shirt, three vials of the red phoenix fruit distillation Lambert's been able to develop, and a note. ]

This should help you make sure people take you seriously when you're patching them up. Use the phoenix fruit if you ever need to wake someone up in a hurry, or drink it if you need a boost of energy.

It is a white throw pillow made with slightly iridescent faux fur, with a contrastingly pink patch of felt stitched to the front in the shape of a crown. The white fabric smells faintly of lavender and other hard to place relaxing aromas, and has subtle magical soothing effect from being close to it.]

I made this pillow with some magic fur material in the market. I think it smells really good, and being near it is supposed to make you feel more relaxed and ready to sleep!
